UPDATE: Shine 0.6.1’s release has been pushed to June 11th.
Sorry for the silence since my last post. But I’m back to share some news about the next release, Shine 0.6.1 Beta.
So, let’s not dilly-dally and get right to it. Shine 0.6.1 Beta is planned for release on June 9, and will include additions to the Nova system to bring it to partial functionality, as well as a number of improvements to various dialog windows.
A lot of the improvements to the dialogs are polishing ones, I’ll admit. You may (or may not) say that it’s probably not the best idea to do polishing while I still have other features missing. Generally, I agree, but to keep myself from burning out, I find it easier and more rewarding to go back and improve/fix what I’ve already made rather than building completely new stuff. Obviously, the new features do need to come in, but if I get burnt out, nothing’s going to happen.
Anyway, before this rambles off into something outside of the scope of this announcement, I’m going to end it here.
Look forward to Shine 0.6.1 coming out soon!
